	Walk from the softball fields through the parking lot to the track, it's 400 meters around, 9 lanes wide, black, and oval, you can't miss it

	no bus- must provide own transportation

Time Schedule
	2:45 - meet at softball fields, warm up
.......	3:15 - jog over to track for drills, pull outs, spikes
	3:30 - the race is on!
