TIME SCHEDULE
3:30 PM - Coaches Meeting
4:00 PM - Field Events - Prelims and Finals
5:00 PM - Running Events - Prelims
6:00 PM - Running Events - Finals
A detailed time schedule will be finalized at the seeding meeting.
ENTRIES
Schools are allowed two (2) entries per level in all individual events. Teams are limited to one (1) relay entry per level per event. Please make sure that no athlete is entered in more than four events.

Entries must be declared as final by Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 4:30 PM
A seeding meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 6:00 PM in Room P166. Enter Door 40 (Field House Entrance) in the front of the school and follow the signs.
Each school is to bring four (4) adult workers. Please bring your list of workers with you to Tuesday’s seeding meeting.
A copy of the results will be given to each team at the conclusion of the meet. A full copy of the results will be available online by Monday, May 4th
Scratches may be made in the track garage located at the Northeast end of the track between 3:00 and 3:30. A short coaches meeting will take place at 3:30 in the same garage. One representative from each school must attend.
Keith Jacobi of Batavia (#12121) will serve as the Head Starter and Meet Referee. Jim Effinger of Wheaton (#11027) and Tom Todd of Wheaton (# 31859) will serve as assistant starters. Please go to www.ihsa.org to rate officials.
Both Junior Varsity and Varsity Relays and individual events will be scored 10-8-6-4-2-1.
Ribbons will be awarded to the top six (6) Junior Varsity places and medals to the top six (6) Varsity places. Coaches will be able to pick up packets of awards and meet results in the press box at the conclusion of the meet.
BUS PARKING
All buses should drop athletes off and park either in the circle just to the south of Grange Field. See Facility Map for Details
Please bring your athletes ready to participate. No dressing facilities will be available at the meet. Restrooms are located in the back of the concession stand.
Please keep all team camps outside the fenced track area and out of the home stretch (East) bleachers. The only exception to this is the grass area to the North of the first curve. You may use this area, but please make your teams aware of the proximity to the track. Teams may use the West (Visitors) Bleachers and grass areas outside the fenced track.
